Building Technology That Serves the Mission

I'm a senior IT leader specializing in cloud modernization, cybersecurity, data platforms, and enterprise infrastructure for mission-driven organizations.

I lead hybrid-to-cloud transformations, Microsoft 365 and identity modernization, CRM ecosystem strategy, and the adoption of emerging AI and automation — improving data insight, productivity, and operational scale across the organization.

I also bring deep experience delivering reliable technology for high-profile live fundraising events, including temporary networks, vendor coordination, and production-critical connectivity — translating complex technical challenges into practical and resilient systems that support the mission.

Enterprise Infrastructure

Experience designing hybrid networks, identity systems, and cloud platforms focused on reliability, security, and long-term operational scale.

Security & Compliance

Zero Trust frameworks, cyber risk management, and policy-driven security aligned to organizational risk posture and regulatory requirements.

AI & Automation

Practical adoption of AI orchestration and workflow automation that improves productivity, data insight, and operational scale — not technology for its own sake.

Live Event Technology

Production-critical IT for high-profile fundraising events — temporary networks, vendor coordination, and on-site connectivity that works when failure isn't an option.

Bridging Data Silos: Surfacing Dark Data into the CRM

Critical operational data was living in disconnected, unmanaged sources — updated manually, siloed from the CRM, and invisible to the teams that needed it most. Built a structured integration pipeline that surfaced dark data and connected it directly into the organization's CRM, creating a single source of truth and laying the foundation for full cross-platform data integration.

Outcome Eliminated manual data reconciliation, surfaced previously hidden operational data inside the CRM, and established an integration framework the organization can build on as its data maturity grows.

From Static Spreadsheets to Interactive Dashboards

Leadership was making decisions based on static spreadsheet exports and disconnected CRM reports — time-consuming to produce, hard to interpret, and always out of date. Designed and built a set of interactive dashboards that pulled live data from both the CRM and spreadsheet-based sources, giving stakeholders a unified, real-time view of the metrics that mattered most.

Outcome Replaced manual reporting cycles with on-demand visibility, reduced time spent compiling data, and gave decision-makers a clearer, faster path from data to action.

Security

Zero Trust Is a Mindset, Not a Product

Vendors have made "Zero Trust" sound like something you buy. In practice, it's a design principle: assume breach, verify explicitly, and limit blast radius. The hard work is organizational — changing how people think about access, identity, and trust by default.

Data

Dark Data Is Your Biggest Hidden Risk

Every organization has data it's collecting but not using — unmanaged spreadsheets, siloed systems, stale exports living on shared drives. That dark data isn't neutral. It's a liability for compliance, a gap in your analytics, and a sign of deeper integration debt that compounds over time.

AI & Leadership

AI Adoption Doesn't Happen Top-Down

Leadership can mandate AI tools, but that's really just a suggestion. Real adoption happens peer to peer — when someone on the team figures out how it saves them an hour, shows a colleague, and it spreads from there. The organizations that get this right create space for that to happen, rather than trying to roll it out like a policy.
