I create things (photos, drawings, tattoo designs, art) with light and pens. I enjoy photographing nature, landscapes, urban sprawl and decay. I love the look of light as it defines trees, metal, rocks and water. I try my best to capture this
If there are any pieces of interest please contact me and I will more than happily discuss sizes and according prices.
My tattoo designs are hand drawn. In spite of my best efforts there will be minor imperfections in lines and points. Most tattoo artist can correct this during the tattooing process. I'm often asked about the meaning behind my designs. It's difficult to ascribe a specific meaning to my work. I feel that they are organic in nature; they make me think of the bonds between individuals. I would like to think they are symbolic of a time when humans had a more organic relationship with the natural world. My designs have found their way onto motorcycles, clothing, video games, and of course, skin.
By day I’m a technology professional with a strong commitment to the nonprofit community. I’m currently employed by amfAR, The Foundation for AIDS Research as Director of Information Technology. I enjoy solving problems and providing suggestions for new and powerful ways to use technology. I believe technology departments should not exist in isolated organizational corners fixing things as they break; they need to build collaborative bridges to other departments and help the organization as a whole reach its goals through creative technology innovations. In practice this is harder than it sounds but I keep striving. Other great organizations I’ve worked at include The Cancer Research Institute, Jacobson Consulting Applications, The City University of New York, Baruch College and The Research Foundation of CUNY.I can also be found on Twitter, LinkedIn and Flickr
